David Johnson Aboge is an outgoing individual who is called differently by people from different regions. In his home country, most call him by his surname Aboge and the several who choose to use his English name use his middle name Johnson. In the US (say Harvard), everyone except the African students and few other students call him David. He is a huge fan of Arabic songs and Swahili music/poetry, Afrobeats and select pop songs. He also writes and recites Swahili poetry in the classical methods. Due to his love for traveling, you will have dinner with him on a normal school Thursday and see him the next morning in DC or CancĂșn. Aboge, or David, loves Middle-Eastern food, South Asian food and of course, East African food. He has an avid interest in languages and strives to learn as many languages as he is interested in. He is ready to speak to you anytime about anything concerning life in Harvard as an international and how to sustainably make the most out of the thousands of opportunities on campus. He is also always excited to speak about study abroad opportunities. He enjoys conversing about informal things many a time and loves humor. Reach out to David for any random inquiries that you have.
