Hometown and Country
Kuumba, Harvard Foundation, WiCS, Woodbridge, HASA
Favorite place in Harvard Square?
What can FIPers talk to you about?
Anything. Literally. Bilingual struggles, Singing at Harvard, First Winter, Parties, Best Dining Halls(I've eaten in all of them)
Why should a first-year choose FIP?
You will start missing it even before it ends. Trust me.
Tuzo is a rising sophomore from Kenya. She will be joining Leverett (the best decision she has never made) even though Greenough holds a special place in her heart. She is studying Applied Math because it is one of the most generic concentrations for people who don't have a 10-year strategic plan for their lives. Outside of class, Tuzo is the co-chair of advocacy on the Woodbridge Board and an intern at The Harvard Foundation for race and intercultural relations. She loves hanging out with Kuumba singers and Just Dance is probably the only video game she will ever be good at. Her love for Felipe's is something she never regrets (El jefe's is whack). Did I mention she loves to eat? She is always open to exploring the menus of restaurants in the square or eating in every dining hall before housing day. She is really excited to welcome you to Harvard and making FIP your best college experience.
